Inserted in the corporate social responsibility strategy and digital accessibility of the Portugal Altice Foundation, this application was developed in partnership with hes-inovacao.com, a spin off of the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda and with the collaboration of SAPO.
The PT MagicContact was developed using a User-Centred design approach, involving dozens of Portuguese users, from the beging to the end. We had the collaboration of several institutions that support people with sever motor impairments and speech impairments.
